We teamed up with Sub-Cult brand TSPTR for this very limited collection.
These 1960’s-style beach jams are inspired by those worn by charismatic Californian big wave surfer Corky Carroll and named for Zuma Beach in Malibu.
Made from a richly textured, neppy 8 oz. indigo dyed denim, woven in Japan, we cut this style in one panel to emphasize the slouchy drape of this lightwieght fabric. Throw them on for days down the beach or pottering around town for a super comfortable alternative to jeans.
Each pair of Zuma pants is made in by us in our Brighton workshop, and ships with a limited edition postcard to commemorate this collaboration.
Other details include :
- 7oz non selvedge
- woven by Shinohara, Fukuyama.
- unbleached cotton cord
- one panel pattern
- cotton poly threads
- hemmed on our 1957 union special chain stitch hemmer
- taped seams
- fully felled inseams
- British made Corozo buttons dyed dark blue, derived from the nut of the Tagua Palm from central America.
Each Dawson Denim x TSPTR clothing item comes with limited edition postcard screen printed in Brighton by The Private Press.
