A new rendition of our Kasuri Jacket for Summer, a loose fitting piece based on traditional Buddhist Monk workwear jackets and made from an indigo-dyed Kasuri woven for us in Japan. Charmingly slouchy and stuffed with texture, this is something you can throw on and off on those days where the sun can’t make its mind up.
We carefully broke down the jacket to it's finest details and after some tailoring knowledge followed the original make up so as to do it justice.
- We used a natural plant dyed indigo selvedge fabric woven in Kurashiki, Japan.
- The mill dates back 150 years
- All dyed to match threads
- Half lined
- French seams where necessary
- Numbered product, signed by our maker
- Hand stitch finished
Our Kasuri Jacket is lovingly made in our Brighton workshop.
