At Dawson HQ, it tends to rain a lot, which is why we have created a lightweight and water resistant Windcheater, perfect for the transitional seasons.
The Windcheater is made from lightweight waxed ripstop fabric by British Millerain, which gives it a unique patina with wear and can be re-waxed when required. We have taken our classic Hoodie design and extended the body length by 5 cm to provide better rain cover.
In addition to its superior material, the Windcheater features side vent pockets that won't collect rain, a heavy-duty Swiss-made Riri Zip, and drawstrings throughout, in keeping with the 60s US Nautical/Ivy theme. To complete this away day addition, it comes with a waxed rip-stop pouch. French seams throughout provide a water resistant finish.
We have made the Windcheater by hand in our workshop in Hove, using our original vintage sewing machines. We have produced it in strictly limited numbers.

At Dawson Denim, each item is expertly crafted in Japan before being checked and shipped from our location in East Sussex, Great Britain. All our goods are produced in limited batches, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. We aim to dispatch all orders within one week of purchase.
UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days.
International Orders: Typically arrive within 7-10 days, depending on the destination and local postal services.
