Returns and Exchanges
At Dawson Denim each item is custom made to order, on aprons it’s usually a week turn around. On jeans and jackets it usually takes around 4 or 5 weeks to cut and sew each piece. If you plan to buy something from our store for a specific date please email us through our contact page first to ensure we can make your deadline.
To ensure you get the right size we suggest you compare our measurement chart against an item you already own to make sure you are ordering the right size.
We offer free hemming on any Dawson product, sewn on our 1957 Union Special 43200G chain stitch hemmer.
Hemming done at the time time of ordering is final and we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds.
Postage must be pre-paid for any hemming requested after receipt of the goods and returned to us.
Under the United Kingdom’s consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt, providing the items are in their original state, unworn and with all tickets and tags attached. Returns from the UK will be refunded in full. From Europe and Internationally the postage costs will be deducted.
Please mark all clearly on the parcel “RETURNED GOODS”.
As each piece is made to order if you would like to return your Dawson product and as long is it is in it’s original state we can arrange for a replacement, there will be a 4/5 week wait whilst we make your replacement and the second delivery will be charged.
